I. Sales Elite/Domestic and Foreign Freight Forwarders
Job responsibilities:
1. Relying on the company‘s good resources and strength to develop new potential customers;
2. Maintain customer relationship, report customer visits (development), maintain and expand customers, and deal with customers‘complaints in time.
3. Complete the sales target of the Department as required;
4. Analyse customer sales dynamics, cooperate with financial implementation of payment collection and liquidation.
Wage composition: irresponsible base salary + High Commission (gross profit 25%-35%)
Qualifications:
1. International shipping management, international trade, marketing and other related majors, college degree or above;
2. Familiar with the application of various office automation software;
3. Teamwork spirit, extroverted personality, good communication and expression skills;
4. Excellent fresh graduates are preferred! Excellent interns can also be considered.
II. Air and Maritime Operating Customer Service
Job responsibilities:
1. Accept and actively contact customers by telephone, find customer problems in time and give correct and satisfactory replies;
2. Establish good contacts with customers, familiarize with and tap customer needs;
3. Make documents and provide corresponding service information according to customers‘needs.
4. Continuously accept the company‘s business and skills upgrading training.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with basic English writing and expression skills;
2. Skilled in computer operation, skilled in using office software and having a certain network knowledge base.
3. Stable, tolerant, good at listening, sympathetic, optimistic and positive.
4. Work-loving, dedicated, diligent, willing to think, with the subjective desire for self-development and self-learning ability.
III. Outsourcing (Outsourcing Nigeria)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Nigeria‘s business development and maintenance;
2. Responsible for the management and training of local agents;
3. Solve other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate with African customers;
2. Those who can accept long-term business trips are preferred (more than one year).
3. Overseas experience is preferred.
